• breakfast basket for cooking (provided once a week): a tray of fresh eggs, a loaf of bread, 1 - 2 types of seasonal fruits, 3 liters of orange juice, 5 liters of regular milk, instant coffee, instant tea
• room cleaning (3 times a week)
• change of bed linen and towels (1 time per week)
• 2 gallons of tank water (water cooler) per week

Extra charges:
– electricity – 10 THB per unit
(free use of electricity in the amount of 3500 THB per month, in case the bill exceeds 3500 THB, the guest needs to pay the rest of the bill)
– water – 20 THB per unit
(limit for free use of city water is 500 THB per month, in case the bill exceeds 500 THB, the guest must pay the rest of the bill)
