Purchasing a house it is probably one of the biggest financial decision of one’s life. You should try to take account of everything, before a first step is taken. There are some important things below to consider when buying a house on Samui.

A structure and design

If you’ve got a possibility, it is better to rent a place you have chosen and to live there for a while, at least during the rainy season, which is usually lasts from November to February.
