The sea view villa is ideal for a family or a group of 6 people. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor are equipped with walk-in closets, a coffee corner with a refrigerator and private bathrooms. The open plan living room with modern kitchen, dining area for 6 people and TV area leads to the terrace and pool area. All rooms are air conditioned. Located in Choeng Mon, this complex represents the very definition of modern living with its modern and distinct style.

As you enter the villa through the private entrance, you are greeted with panoramic sea views overlooking the blue ocean and infinity pool. Enjoy breathtaking sea views from the built-in seating inside the pool, relax on the whitewashed sun deck in comfortable sun loungers or in the landscaped garden while enjoying the sun from early morning until late at night. The minimalistic kitchen is equipped with everything you need: plates, pans, cups and wine glasses. The living room, dining room and kitchen are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. Household appliances include a dishwasher, built-in refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, built-in hob, extractor hood and washing machine. There is a guest bathroom on the 1st floor. The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the villa. Master bedroom with garden view and balcony with sunset view, king-size bed, bathroom, walk-in closet, flat screen TV and internet. Second and third bedrooms with panoramic sea views, bathrooms, dressing rooms and two separate single beds or one king-size bed. Both rooms have a flat screen TV and high speed internet. All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan, air conditioning, vanity, coffee station and minibar. The bathrooms are equipped with a double sink (Bedrooms 1 and 3) or a single sink (Bedroom 2) and a wall hung toilet. The shower rooms are equipped with a rain shower with LED lighting, a hand shower and a thermostatic water temperature controller.

The villa is cleaned with change of bed linen and towels every 3-4 days. Bathrooms are stocked with own brand soaps complemented by locally produced coconut rice soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Guests have access to a garden terrace and a private garage. Upon request, we can provide extra beds for an additional charge of THB 3800 per night.

Choeng Mon Beach is only a 10-15 min walk and a 5 min drive away where on top of the lovely exotic beach, you can also find a wide range of charming restaurants, bars, and shops.

At your disposal in the clubhouse, you have guest services available every day that may assist you to book an in-house massage, tours, transportation, car reservations, etc. You will receive detailed information after you have made your reservation. You enjoy complimentary access to the fully equipped gym. The tennis court you may book at a charge of 200​ THB​ per​ hour​ during day​ time​ and​ 300​ THB​ per​ hour​ from​ 6 pm, both located in the Horizon Villa clubhouse 3 min walk from the villa Extra cleaning service and/or chef service can be requested upon arrival at the clubhouse and is available at an extra charge.

Only a 10-15 minute walk and a 5 minute drive is Choeng Mon Beach, where in addition to a beautiful exotic beach, you will find many charming restaurants, bars and shops.

The club house has a guest service that can help you book massages, excursions, transportation, car reservations, etc. You will receive detailed information after booking. You can use the fully equipped gym free of charge. The tennis court can be booked for THB 200 per hour during the day and THB 300 per hour from 18:00, both courts are located in the club building, a 3-minute walk from the villa. Additional cleaning and/or catering services may be requested upon arrival at the clubhouse and are available at an additional cost.
