Overlooking the pristine waters of the Gulf of Thailand, this one-level villa is ideally located in a peaceful location on the coastal road connecting to Chaweng Beach - 5 minutes drive and Choeng Mon (1 km) and is a harmonious combination of Thai and modern Asian architecture.

Just 10m from the beach, this exquisite property is spread over four separate U-shaped pavilions overlooking an expansive terrace and infinity pool.

The main pavilion consists of a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. There is enough space for 9 guests, a European-style kitchen, satellite Smart TV, DVD player and full-width sliding doors to the pool deck offering stunning panoramic views of the sparkling Gulf of Thailand. There is also an adjoining utility room with an automatic washing machine.

Pavilion 2 is on the left side of the kitchen pavilion and is the master bedroom with a 6′ king-size bed, large en-suite bathroom (with double sided bathtub) and walk-in closet with private outside balcony and sofa. Behind this bedroom is an outdoor shower area.

To the right of the kitchen pavilion in Pavilion 3 are two more bedrooms with 5′ queen-size double beds. Both bedrooms have a shared balcony-terrace overlooking the beach and bay. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and a small rear garden area with an additional outdoor shower. The other bedroom has a separate bath/shower located across the corridor.

In pavilion No. 4, to the right of the entrance to the villa, there is a fourth spacious bedroom. Large area with two beds that can also be folded out into a huge 7' Super-king-size bed. The room also has a large desk.

All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning, as well as additional outdoor showers.

The pool has a covered pavilion for relaxation, and the second, more spacious, can be equipped for outdoor dining. Between the villa and the beach there is another large lawn - the perfect place for family games or a romantic wedding on the beach.

Villa guests have full access to the facilities of the complex, including two pools on the beach, a restaurant with an international menu and a-la-carte cuisine, a gym / fitness room, a spa (fee) and a kids club.
